The WOZ (gouvernement tax) value is currently 1,030,000. Funda gives a target price of 1,388,000 and then only looks at the livingspace and not at the unique location with many possibilities.
We plan to start the ‘official’ sales in April 2024 with a price of 1.250.000
Until then, visitors of this website have priority and can already come and visit/view/bid. From April on it will be a bigger advertising campaign.
We still live there now, but have already cleared out a lot and prepared it to be moved. If we are moving towards sales, we must set the delivery date in consultation and we will get to work as quickly as possible if necessary. We are flexible in a certain sense because we already live partly in Thailand and may rent something in Amsterdam.
Once you have taken a good look at the site and are also thinking about a reasonable price, you are welcome to come and have a look. We work 5 days a week, so that will have to be a weekend or evening. Depending on the interest, we plan an open day or just a personal tour. In Amsterdam, good public transport to the city and airport, cycle paths, detached and no neighbors across the street, a great village with nice people. Easily accessible and yet quiet enough for children to play.
Due to the self-supporting construction, the building itself is also easy to convert and rearrange entirely according to your own wishes. Double entrances and parking options in a traffic-calmed area.
Large south-facing garden with a high degree of privacy. It appears again and again on the various pages, but no matter who comes along, they are always impressed.
Until we start the official sales in April, we take care of visitors and bids. The public sales will be handled by a real estate agent.
